Day 01: Delhi
Arrive Delhi. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Day 02: Delhi
Sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi, including India Gate, Red Fort, Qutab Minar and Humayan’s Tomb.
Day 03: To Varanasi
Morning flight to Varanasi. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Sarnath to view the ancient Buddhist stupas and monasteries. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 04: To Khajuraho Early morning boat ride on the Ganges. Whilst the Priests chant, glide silently past the evocative Burning Ghats, quietly observing the devout bathing in the river. Walking tour of the city. Then fly to Khajuraho with an afternoon sightseeing of the exotically embellished Khajuraho Temples- a World Heritage site. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 05: To Agra
Drive to Jhansi railway station to catch the Shatabdi Express train to Agra, en route visiting the beautiful palace at Orchha. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 06: Agra
Morning visit to the Taj Mahal, dedicated to eternal love. Visit Agra Fort, a bastion of Moghul architecture and a World Heritage Site and the tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah, the father of Noor Jehan. Afternoon at leisure.
Day 07: To Samode
Drive to Samode, en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri, another World Heritage site and the fabled deserted city of Akbar the greatest of the Moghul Emperors. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 08: To Jaipur
Morning sightseeing of the delightful Samode Palace followed by a drive to Jaipur. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 09: Jaipur
Morning elephant ride up to the spectacular Amber Fort with its stunning views over the surrounding countryside. Afternoon city sightseeing tour visiting the City Palace complex, Jantar Mantar Observatory and the delightful Palace of Wind. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 10: To Neemrana
Morning drive to Neemrana. Upon
arrival check in at Neemrana Fort. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 11: Depart
Drive to Delhi airport for onward journey.
